Our local association, the Dickinson Area Builders Association (DABA), offers benefits that are vital for any community and industry to thrive. We pride ourselves on providing many networking opportunities throughout the year, in order to build our Dickinson building industry in the best, most professional way possible.

DABA offers monthly GMMs (General Membership Meetings) from September-April. At these GMMs the members meet for a complimentary meal and 2 free drinks at the Eagles Club at 6:00pm. There is a meeting that follows dinner which consists of typically 2 programs offering education, or information to our group that is oftentimes limited to our group only.  We also include any local, state, or national updates in these meetings for the membership’s awareness. This is the best time to network or ask questions about anything in the industry. We also have a lot of fun at these meetings, and they are very laid back.

DABA hosts several events throughout the year, including the Home Show (March/April), Spring Kickoff (May), Picnic/Trapshoot (July), Golf Scramble (September), Whiskey Tasting (TBD), Christmas Party (December). Members get discounts at the Home Show, and Whiskey Tasting. The Spring Kickoff and Picnic/Trapshoot are completely free to members!
